2008 Spartans Hoops Camp!
Bergen County's Fastest Growing Basketball Camp
We're pleased to announce the dates for our 8th Annual Spartans Basketball Camp. Camp will run from July 14 - July 18, July 21 - July 25, 2008. Camp runs a full day 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Friday at Holy Family School in Norwood, NJ. We will have access to an outstanding facility that includes indoor and outdoor courts as well as classrooms!
We also offer a 1/2 day schedule from 9 - 12 or from 12 - 3!
Last summer's camp was a complete sellout and we expect to sell out this year even quicker!
Camp is held indoor and outdoors!

You'll find many of the same coaches that are with our baseball camp coaching at our summer camp as well. Many of our coaches in addition to being outstanding baseball coaches also coach also coach basketball on the High School and College level. Our coaches are school teachers with advanced degrees in education and are CPR and First Aid Certified as well.
Camp is open to all boys and girls ages 5 - 16. We will have instruction in the morning and we will play games each afternoon. Players will be divided into separate age groups. Games will be played under a structured format to allow the staff to continue their instruction. Each age group has their own court to practice and play on. Each group is headed by an adult and the campers are kept with their own age group at all times. We have separate classrooms for each age to meet in during check - in and also to eat lunch in. Each classroom has cable television and VCR's to allow for video instruction. The air conditioned indoor gymnasium allows us to keep each camper comfortable no matter what the weather conditions are.

Enrollment is limited and we've sold out each of our camps the past 15 years and we expect our Hoops Camp to sell out even quicker than last year! Multi-Camp Discount: $245 (For each additional week you attend no matter which sport you choose)
Sibling Discount: $25 off for each child. (Not available for 1/2 day campers)

Head Basketball Coach, Nanuet HS, Nanuet NY. Coach Dell is also a member of the Nanuet HS baseball coaching staff and has been with the Spartans Baseball Camp for the past 7 years! "Deli" is one of the most respected Basketball & Baseball Coaches in the Bergen / Rockland County area. He's played a big role in the success of the Spartans Baseball Camp and will do an equally outstanding job as the Director of the Spartans Hoops Camp. A school teacher during the year, "Deli" is always a favorite among our campers in the summer!
Dan Kuhar:
Head Basketball Coach, Barnstable Academy, Franklin Lakes, NJ. Coach Kuhar was a former standout player in college and has had extensive experience working at various basketball camps & clinics across the country. Coach Kuhar is also a school teacher who is excellent at relating to and motivating kids.
We will be joined by other outstanding college and high school coaches in the area.

Multi-Camp Discount: Those attending an additional 2008 Spartans Summer Camp (Baseball, Softball, or Soccer) only pay $240 for each additional week of camp as well. Multi camp discount is given if you sign up for more than one week prior to the start of camp. Additional weeks added after camp has started are not eligible for multi camp discount.
When it gets really hot, we keep you really cool. Much safer than a traditional dunk tank, but just as fun and just as wet. Kids had a great time with this last year!
